Take advantage of the knowledge you’ve already gained on your previous studies and top up to a BA (Honours) International Hospitality Business Management degree with just one more year of study.

Bachelor of Arts (Hons) International Hospitality Business Management 國際酒店管理榮譽文學士 is a top-up final year degree that accredited by the Institute of Hospitality, so it’s recognised by the hospitality industry and we’ve developed it to industry standards.

During this course you’ll build on the knowledge and skills you gained in your foundation degree or HND to develop a deeper understanding of hospitality management.

You’ll reflect on your experiences and develop in your workplace by applying the skills that you learn on this course. You will study modules including risk management; human resource management and business strategy, and you will develop your understanding of advanced consumer behaviour and managing cultural diversity.

During the Independent Study module you’ll research an area that interests you and produce a dissertation. Your supervisor will support and guide you as you complete this major piece of work.

During this course our online discussion forums will give you the opportunity to network with other students from all over the world, and discuss your ideas with people that work in a wide range of areas in the hospitality industry.
