About the Programme
BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management is a top-up final year degree programme designed to meet the needs of students in any Human Resource Management environment (personnel, HRM, training and development, etc.) and want to upgrade their operational skills and progress their qualifications to degree level.
This HR Management degree programme offers students an opportunity to transfer their academic qualifications and work experience to achieve a degree in HR Management through work-based distance learning model.
Lincoln’s Work Based Learning Degrees in Business Management, Engineering Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management and Retail Management are based on major partnership with the University has established with the Army, Navy and RAF for military personnel to take, through a flexible distance learning programme.

1. Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resource)
at Level 6 of Australian Qualification Framework, or
HND equivalent qualifications (e.g., any recognized Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Professional Diploma / Associate Degree / Professional Qualifications, etc.) in relevant discipline
2. Proficiency in English
3. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, be currently working in a human resources related role, particularly within the management of staffing and associated resources
